Virtual staging for estate agents

The viewing ends.
The presentation keeps selling.

After the visit, the buyer gets a complete property presentation with different styles for every room, all required market details, and a list of products they can order.

Earn commission on everything the buyer orders.

The rooms blur together

By the fourth viewing of the weekend, your property is one of four hallways your buyer half-remembers.

02

The person who decides was not there

A partner, a parent, a co-investor. They see a portal listing and eleven flat photos, and they never walked the terrace.

03

An empty room reads as a small room

Buyers cannot size a space they cannot furnish in their head, and they will not ask you to help them try.

What the buyer keeps

One property presentation, sent the same evening as the visit

Not a link to a portal. A complete, branded property presentation the buyer can read on a phone, forward to whoever decides with them, and print for the notary.

Eleven sections. The ones your market makes mandatory are not optional in the template either.

What the buyer can act on

Every room they liked is a room they can order

The furniture in the staged rooms is not decoration. Each piece is a real product from a vetted retail partner, priced on the day the presentation is generated, and linked.

The buyer furnishes the flat. You are on the invoice.

Orders placed from your presentation are attributed to it. The retail commission is split between you and Zolak — the first tool on your stack that pays back rather than out.

Products are suggestions from partner retailers, in stock and priced on the day of export. They are not part of the property and not included in the sale. Links are affiliate links.

One room, several buyers

The same bedroom, styled for different buyers

Every room comes in several finished styles, so a young couple and a buyer looking for a classic home can both see the space in a style that feels right for them. Drag to compare two styles.

What the room can do

Four things that happen to a property photo

Tap or hover any of them to see the frame it came from.

Structure is never invented. Walls, floors, windows, ceiling heights and the view out are exactly as your photographer left them — which is what keeps the presentation defensible when the buyer walks the property a second time.

Compliance, not an afterthought

Built for the market you actually sell in

Every market makes certain disclosures mandatory in the advertisement itself, and the liability sits with the agent who published it. The template will not generate a presentation while a required field is empty.

Virtually staged with AI

Every generated interior carries this label, and the notice explaining it is part of the template. It cannot be switched off — not on the Free plan, not on white-label. The buyer is never in any doubt about which photographs are of the property and which are of a possibility.

Plans

Start free, and keep the first presentations

Credits cover generation. The plan decides how much of the presentation is yours.

White-label removes Zolak from the presentation. The AI-imagery label stays on every plan.

Where this sits

You’re not just buying virtually staged photos

A virtually staged photo costs about twenty cents today, with a dozen tools able to create one. With Zolak.Staging, the buyer walks away with a complete property presentation.

Categories, not named vendors. Compare us against whichever tool is on your desk. The rows that matter are the two about the presentation, because that is the thing your buyer actually leaves with.

Objections

The questions agents ask first

Yes, provided the buyer knows what they are looking at — which is the whole point of the label. Every generated interior is marked, the real photographs sit in their own section of the presentation, and the notice explaining the difference is part of the template and cannot be turned off. That is both the EU AI Act position and, frankly, the only version that survives a second viewing.

Your next viewing is this weekend

Make one presentation free, send it to a buyer who has already seen the flat, and see what comes back.
